The basis for sustainable, cost-efficient and durable concrete products is excellent product quality. The patented QAVER testing and documentation device offers numerous options for checking the freshly manufactured concrete product and for documenting and improving its properties.
Using the QAVER, properties of the fresh concrete product can be examined immediately after the compaction process. The face and back compaction can be measured independently. The overall raw density is then determined from the height and weight of the fresh product.
The QAVER documents the time of measurement, measurement results, specifications, deviations from the target value and the name of the person responsible for the measurement process. With this documentation, it can be traced which employee has produced which product, in what quality - directly on the device or at any time in the online evaluation tool.
The external evaluation program is a tool to generate and administer products. 
With the server-client program, many QAVERs at different locations can be integrated into an existing company network. Products and measurement results can thus be managed and processed centrally and independently of location.
